Hitting Restart

I will be the first to admit that since I finished my first round of 21 day fix my fitness hasn't been where it very well should be. While I did do the 3 day refresh, it's been hard to get to the gym and I am not as strict as I should be with my eating plan. My weight fluctuations have been extremely intense. I have yo-yoed with weights varying anywhere from a couple to almost 10 pounds.

Luckily, Monday I will be doing another round of 21 day fix with my challenge group participants. I am looking forward to their support just as much as I am sure they are looking for mine. Ways I am modifying the program will be only for Valentine's day. I am planning to have one glass of wine to celebrate and 1 slice of a Peanut Butter Chocolate protein cake recipe I saw. It has sugar in the raw and mostly natural ingredients (i'll be sure to post the recipe in a few weeks if it is a success). Other than that I intend to follow it whole heartedly. Last time I lost 7 pounds and several inches. This time I am most concerned with toning so I may do a higher calorie bracket.

I have however, been keeping up with aerial and try to go once a week. It's something that honestly does not seem like fitness but I SEE and feel the results. My back is more toned and it's building my confidence. I have posted some videos and pictures on my page so feel free to browse it and check them out!

Well, thats all that is "new" in my fitness journey. I'll try to check back in after day 1 of the 21 day fix.

Signed,
Tiesha
